Cowboy Tuff Chex, um touro da raça Texas Longhorn, entrou para o Livro dos Recordes na edição de 2020 como o possuidor dos chifres mais longos do mundo, medindo nada mais nada menos que 262,5 cm. Tanto chifre e fama vem com um custo: o animal foi avaliado em US$ 500 mil dólares. Em dinheiro de hoje, algo em torno de R$ 2,7 milhões. O dose de sêmen do Chex é vendida por US$ 300,00.
O touro nasceu na cidade de Overbrook, no estado do Alabama e se mudou para o Texas no ano de 2017. Depois de muitas exibições nos circuitos dos criadores da raça, veio o merecido reconhecimento.

Ranchers Richard and Jeanne Filip acquired Cowboy Tuff Chex from an auction at Hudson Valentine Longhorn Auctions in Fort Worth, Texas, USA, and they even had to purchase the widest legal cattle trailer to ensure a secure and protected transportation of their prized bull.
Cowboy Tuff Chex currently happily resides on the Filip’s ranch, Bentwood Ranch, in Fayetteville, Texas relaxing in nearby ponds and spending his days in lush green pastures.
